Problems with Safari for Mac
|
|
All websites built by Pizza Boys Intermedia comply with the HTML/XHTML/CSS standards as specified by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
The version of Safari currently provided with MacOS is 2.x... which isn't entirely compliant with these standards, and therefore doesn't always provide the best experience possible.
Recommended Solution:
For the best web browsing experience, we recommend Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox is a fast, full-featured Web browser that makes browsing more efficient than ever before. Firefox includes pop-up blocking; a tab-browsing; integrated Google searching; simplified privacy controls that let you cover your tracks more effectively; a streamlined browser window that shows you more of the page than any other browser; and a number of additional features that work with you to help you get the most out of your time online.
... and best of all, it's entirely free!
We recommend that if you wish to use Safari to browse the internet, you use Apple Update to update it to the lastest version.
Safari version 3.0 is much more compatible with the W3C standards.
