Sometimes a newsletter will look different when you preview it, compared to when you were editing it.
This issue can be caused by the editor "hiding" extra blank lines... particularly if you pressed enter multiple times.
Each time you press enter, it creates a new paragraph not just a single blank line.
To append a single blank line (to an existing paragraph), simply press [SHIFT]-[ENTER] ... instead of just [ENTER].
This will continue the existing paragraph, and add a single blank line to the end.
If only [ENTER] is used to create blank lines, then the finished newsletter will contain a much bigger space then you intended.
e.g. A blank space before the paragraph (with the "blank line"), and also a blank space after the paragraph.
This issue can particularly occur when copy'n'pasting directly from Microsoft Word, or another Desktop Publishing / Word processing software.
To reduce this risk, we recommend that you copy'n'paste to Notepad first... to remove the hidden formatting, extra blank lines, etc.
