How to use the Newsletter System
You need to click on the "Lists" Icon of the Acajoom Control Panel (This control panel is under "Components / Acajoom").
Please click on the fist icon, called "Lists".

Once you are "Lists" Page, Click on "New".

Now you will see a page with 4 tabs.
In this first tab (Description), you will need to configure some things:
1. Published = Yes
2. Visible in frontend = Yes
3. Type of list = Newsletter
4. List name = White something
5. Not needed

Now if you scroll down, you will see some fields to write the sender name, sender email and sender bounce address.

Now in the second tab (Template), you need to have this:
[CONTENT], This will be replaced with the content of the mailing.
The template is optional, you can build your own, or "we can make one for you" to make the email look exactly like your website.

Now in the last tab (Subscriptions), you select "Auto Subscribe Users?" to Yes.

You have just finished to create a Newsletter. (this process needs to be done just once, and this newsletter can be used as many times as you like to send emails.)
The next step is create the content to send to your Newsletter subscribers.
Please go to Components / Acajoom / Newsletters.

Once you are there, you will need to select the newsletter you've just created.

Then you will se your Newsletter name as shown in the picture belowMake sure it is there, and you have selected the righ one).
Now you can click on the icon "New".

This is where you are going to write the content for your newsletter;
1. Subject for the email to send.
2. Content for the email to send (Text, Images, links).
If you are using images, please make sure all of them have your website's address in the "Source" code, other ways the emails you send, are going to look funny (with no images).
3. This is the email details you have configured in the newsletter, you can change them here if you like.
4. Click on the icon send.

Once the process is finished, you will se on the screen the list of emails where the newsletter has been sent, and a confirmation “Message sent successfully”
